How Do I Authorize an Operation with Push Notification?

When performing an operation on a webpage of your myPOS account that requires additional authentication, follow these steps:

Initiate the Operation:

Start the operation on the myPOS website. A pop-up message will appear, indicating that you need to check your linked mobile device.

Receive the Push Notification:

A push notification will be sent to your mobile device. Open the notification to view the details of the operation.

Authorize the Operation:

Approve or reject the operation directly from your mobile device. If the operation is successfully authorized, a confirmation message will appear on the myPOS webpage.

If You Haven’t Received the Push Notification:

Start the offline mode process:

  • Click on “I didn’t receive a push notification in my myPOS app” on the myPOS webpage.
  • You will receive an 8-digit code.
  • Open the myPOS mobile app, tap on Authenticate, enter the 8-digit code, and tap Generate.
  • Enter the generated code back into the myPOS account and confirm the operation.

Important Notes:
Each operation must be validated within 90 seconds, otherwise, the operation has to be initiated again.
The generated codes are also valid for 90 seconds. If this time expires, a new code is automatically generated​.
