I Have Not Received a Push Notification on My Smartphone to Authorize the Transaction. What Should I Do?
If you haven't received a push notification, follow these steps:
Start Offline Authentication:
Click on the link “I didn’t receive a push message in my myPOS app” on the authorization screen.
Request a Text Message:
Click on “I have issues generating the access code. Send me a text message”.
Receive Confirmation Code:
You will receive a confirmation code as a text message sent to the mobile number linked to your account.
