Payments
The Payments menu allows users to send money to clients or other accounts and make mass payments. It has several sub-menus:
 
Payments: This sub-menu is opened by default when the Merchant account menu is selected. You can make new payments and view a list of recently made payments. By clicking the New Payment button, you can choose to initiate a payment to another myPOS account or a bank payment, both of which require specific information.
 
Account Transfer: Transfer money from one of your accounts to another owned by you.
 
Standing Order: Set up internal standing orders and bank standing orders, each requiring specific information and a validity period.
 
Mass Payment: Send mass internal and bank payments.
 
Pending Payments: View payments that are in process.
 
Not Executed Payments: Check payments that have not been completed.
 
Beneficiaries: Manage the list of beneficiaries.
 
Accounts
The Accounts menu provides an overview of all currency accounts (Account list), including balances and linked cards, devices, and stores. The default view is the Account List, which shows all user currency accounts. You can also:
 
Add Account: Create a new currency account by selecting a currency and adding a custom account name.
Funding: View each account’s details for funding purposes, visible in the Dashboard.
Currency Exchange Rates: See daily updated currency exchange rates.
Statements: Access individual account statements.
 
Settings:
Edit account names.
Download an IBAN certificate or account information in PDF.
View linked cards/devices/services.
Amend account settings, including transaction types.
Set the default account for settling funds in the account’s currency.
Close the account.
 
The Accounts menu also includes:
Activity: Shows all user transactions for a selected time period.
Statements: Displays start and end balances for each account per day or month.
Reserve Accounts: Provides information on the Rolling Reserve withheld for MO/TO transactions.
 
Cards
The Cards tab shows all cards linked to the account and recent card activity. The default view is the Cards list, which includes all linked cards, their currencies, and settlement accounts. You can quickly freeze/reactivate cards and manage settings via the gear icon. Additional options include:
 
Card Activity: View activity filtered by various time frames, export activity in Excel or PDF, and search for specific transactions.
Transaction Limits: Set limits for cash withdrawals, POS payments, and online payments.
Security Settings: Choose allowed transaction types.
Notifications: Select which transactions to receive notifications about.
 
Activate or Block the Card.
The Cards menu has two sub-menus:
Order Card: Order a new myPOS business card.
Activate Card: Activate a myPOS card.
