How Can I Download a Statement for My Accountant?
To download statements for your accounting purposes, follow these steps through the myPOS web account:
Log in to Your Account:
Navigate to mypos.com and log in to your Merchant Account.
Access Statements:
Go to Accounts and select the Statements sub-menu on the right side.
Select the Desired Account and Period:
Click the arrow at the end of the row corresponding to the desired account.
Choose the currency account and the time period you wish to review.
Load and Download Statements:
The page will display each month that has passed for the selected year.
Click the arrow at the end of the row for each month to load the statement.
Use the "Download as" button on the right (before the Account information field) to download the statement in various formats, such as PDF Summary, PDF Detailed, Excel, CSV, MT940 MultiCash Export (Non-SWIFT), MT940 SWIFT Export, and MT940 Structured.
Alternative Method:
Activity Filter: Log in to your account, navigate to Merchant Account > Accounts > Activity, click the icon next to "Filtered by", adjust the period and transaction type, and click "Search". You can then download the transaction summaries using the "Download as" button.
Specific Reports:
Fees: Follow the same steps and select "Fee" as the transaction type to get a list of all fees applied.
Terminal Reports: Available through Devices > POS Devices > Reports.
Card Summaries: Accessible via Merchant Account > Cards > Transactions.
Annual Average Balance Statement: Found under Accounts > Statements by scrolling down to the respective section.
