How Can I Download a Statement for My Accountant?
To download daily or monthly statements for your accounting purposes, follow these steps:
 
Through the myPOS web account:
  1. Go to mypos.com and log in to your myPOS account
  2. From the main menu on the left, select Merchant Account
  3. Click on Accounts
  4. Select Statements
  5. Choose the desired account and click the arrow icon at the end of its row. 
  6. Select the time period you want to review. 
The page will display each month that has passed for the selected year. Click the arrow at the end of the row for each month to load the statement. Use the "Download as" button on the right (before the Account information field) to download the statement in various formats, such as:
  • PDF Summary, PDF Detailed, Excel, CSV, MT940 MultiCash Export (Non-SWIFT), MT940 SWIFT Export, and MT940 Structured.
 
Through the myPOS mobile app:
  1. Log in to Your Account
  2. Navigate to More
  3. Select Statements
  4. Select account and details
  5. Click the Download button
  6. Select а format and download the statement

Alternatively, you can follow these steps to download a statement for specific dates and transaction types:

  1. Log in to your account at mypos.com
  2. From the main menu on the left, select Merchant Account
  3. Click Accounts
  4. Select Activity
  5. Click the “Filter” icon. Adjust the Transaction date and transaction type, then tap Search.

Once the search is done, you could download the file using the “Download as” button In the upper right corner and check the information. This way you could download transaction summaries grouped based on your desire.

 
Specific reports available through the myPOS web account:
  • myPOS Fees:
    1. Log in to your account
    2. Navigate to Merchant Account (main menu on the left)
    3. Click on Accounts 
    4. Select Activity
    5. Click on the "Filter" icon
    6. Adjust the period and transaction type to "Fee", and click "Search". 
    7. You can then download the transaction summaries using the "Download as" button.
Recommendation: Download the file in Excel format to easily calculate the fee amount.
  • Terminal Reports
    1. Available through POS Devices (main menu on the left)
    2. Select Reports
    3. Click on the "Filter" icon
    4. Adjust the period and currency, and click "Search"
    5. You can then download the report using the "Download as" button.
  • Card Summaries
    1. Go to mypos.com and log in to your myPOS account
    2. From the main menu on the left, select Merchant Account
    3. Click on Cards
    4. Select Transactions
    5. Click on the "Filter" icon
    6. Adjust the Transaction date, type etc., and click "Search"
  • Annual Average Balance Statement
    1. Go to mypos.com and log in to your myPOS account
    2. From the main menu on the left, select Merchant Account
    3. Click on Accounts
    4. Select Statements and scroll down to "Annual Average balance"
