How Can I Change My Email Address?
If you are able to access your account, follow these steps to change your email address:
- Log in to your myPOS account.
- Click on the Profile section in the lower left corner of the page.
- Select "My Details".
- Locate the "Login details" field.
- Edit your email address.
If you cannot access your account, send a request to help@mypos.com, stating your current and new email addresses, and myPOS will process the change for you.
