How Can I Change My Email Address?
If you are able to access your account, follow these steps to change your email address:
From the myPOS website
1. Log in your myPOS account at mypos.com.
2. Mouse over your profile in the bottom-left corner.
3. Select "My Details".
4. Select the "Edit" button (pencil icon) next to your email address and follow the on-screen instructions.

From the mobile application
1. Open and log in your myPOS mobile application.
2. Click on "Profile" (in the upper-left corner).
3. Select "My Details".
4. Select the "Edit" button (pencil icon) next to your email address and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you cannot access your account, send a request to help@mypos.com, stating your current and new email addresses, and myPOS will process the change for you.
