Locating your account details in the mobile app:
Open the myPOS app and tap More (bottom right).
Tap Accounts.
Select the account for which you need the details.
Locating your account details on mypos.com:
Log in to your account.

Select Funding (top right) to view your account details.
Or, go to Merchant Account (left menu) > Accounts > choose the relevant account.
Downloading your IBAN Certificate:
Log in to your account at mypos.com.
From the left menu, select Merchant Account > Accounts.
Choose the account you need.
Click Download IBAN Certificate (button in the top right).
Requesting a signed and stamped IBAN Certificate:
If you need a signed and stamped version, we can provide one for a fee (according to your applicable tariff). Please send your request by email to help@mypos.com.
