Q: Can customers still buy top-ups until then?
A: Merchants will be able to use the service up until the moment when it is removed from the navigation menus on web and mobile.

Q: What happens to pending top-up transactions?
A: The top-up transactions are executed in real time. In case there are stuck transactions, they will be returned back to the sender.

Q: Will I still be able to see my transaction history?
A: Yes, they are part of the statements and will remain visible even after the service stops.

Q: Are there alternative ways to offer mobile top-ups?
A: No, there won’t be. myPOS will cease its top-up operations with the two providers it currently works with.
