Website Builder (including Domain Management)

Q: When will my website stop being available?
A: Your website and domain management services will remain active until 31.12.2025. After this date, your website and any associated domains hosted with us will no longer be accessible online.

Q: Will my existing website stay live until the end date?
A: Yes. All existing websites will remain live and fully functional until the official end date, provided your account remains in good standing and your domain registration is still valid.

Q: What happens to my custom domain?
A: If you purchased a custom domain through us, it remains your property until it expires. You can transfer it to another provider before the service end date. Domains not transferred by the sunset date may become inactive, but you’ll still be able to renew or manage them directly with the new registrar once the transfer is completed.

Q: How can I transfer my domain to another provider?
A:

  • To transfer a domain registered with myPOS, please contact us at online@mypos.com .
  • Our team will assist you with the transfer process and provide the necessary information.
  • Provide this code to your new domain provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.).
  • Approve the transfer via the confirmation email sent to your domain’s registered contact address. Please start this process at least 7–10 days before the sunset date to avoid downtime.

Q: Will my orders and inventory databases be available for download?
A: Yes. You can export order history, customer data, and inventory information through your myPOS Online dashboard before the end date. Once the product is sunset, this data will no longer be accessible.

Q: Are you replacing Website Builder with another solution?
A: We’re not launching a direct replacement for the Website Builder. However, you can continue to sell and manage your online store by connecting myPOS payments to other popular website and e-commerce platforms.
myPOS integrates with leading providers such as WooCommerce, giving you the flexibility to choose the platform that best fits your business while still accepting payments securely through myPOS.

Q: How can I migrate my website to Woo?
A: While there isn’t a one-click migration from myPOS Website Builder to WooCommerce, you can rebuild your site using WordPress and import your content manually.
Here’s how you can get started:

  • Export your website content from your myPOS Website Builder (images, product data, text).
  • Set up a WordPress hosting account and install WordPress + WooCommerce (most hosting providers offer one-click installation).
  • Import your data — add your products, pages, and images to your new site.
  • Connect myPOS Payments — you can integrate myPOS with WooCommerce using our official plugin to continue accepting payments securely.

Q: Will you help me set up the new website builder?
A: Our support team will be available to answer general questions about exporting your data and integrating myPOS Payments with third-party platforms. However, we won’t be offering hands-on migration or setup services for external website platforms.
