Q: When will Invoicing stop working?
A: From August 2025, the functionality was removed for new customers.
From 31.12.2025, it will be discontinued for all customers.

Q: Can I still create and send invoices until it retires?
A: Yes, current customers will continue to have access until the end of 2025.

Q: Will my past invoices and data still be available?
A: We recommend downloading them at the beginning of December, as from 1 January 2026 they will no longer be available.

Q: Can I download or export my invoice history after December 31st?
A: Unfortunately, invoice history will not be available after 31 December 2025.

Q: Will I still get notified about unpaid invoices if they were created before December 31st?
A: Yes, invoices created before 31 December 2025 will continue to function fully, including notifications, until the end of 2025.

Q: Will myPOS integrate with other invoicing tools?
A: We are working on this. Stay tuned.

Q: Will I be refunded for my subscription?
A: Yes, you will receive a refund for any prepaid months starting from January 2026.
