What is the difference between blocked and deleted additional users?

Blocking Users:

Temporary Measure: Blocking the access of a user is a temporary action. It denies the user the rights they have been granted, preventing them from operating with the account.
Reversible: The user will appear under "Blocked users" and the merchant can choose to unblock the user at any time, restoring their previous rights.
Future Actions: If needed, the merchant can later decide to permanently delete the user.

Deleting Users:
Permanent Action: Removing a user's account access is a permanent action that cannot be reversed. Once deleted, the user cannot regain access through the previous account.
Re-Addition: If a user needs access again, they must be added as a new user and follow the full registration and identification process from the start.
