Requesting Signed or Stamped Account Statements

If you require an official signed and/or stamped copy of an account statement, we can assist with your request.

Important Information

Fees

Signed or stamped account statements may be subject to a fee, depending on your tariff plan.

  • The applicable fee will be communicated before the request is processed.
  • If you request multiple statements, the fee applies to each statement individually.

Confirmation Required

Before we can proceed with your request:

  • You must confirm that you accept the applicable fee.
  • Sufficient funds must be available in your myPOS account to cover the fee.

How to Request

To request a signed or stamped account statement, please contact our Customer Support team and provide:

  • The statement period, if applicable to your request.
