You can update your phone number by following these steps:
From the myPOS website
1. Log in your myPOS account at mypos.com.
2. Mouse over your profile in the bottom-left corner.
3. Select "My Details".
4. Select the "Edit" button (pencil icon) next to your number and follow the on-screen instructions.
From the mobile application:
1. Open and log in your myPOS mobile application.
2. Click on "More".
3. Scroll down until you see "Personal data".
4. Select the "Edit" button (pencil icon) next to your number and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you are unable to make these changes yourself, send a request to help@mypos.com, stating your current and new phone numbers, and a myPOS representative will assist you furhter.
