POS Devices
When you select the Devices menu, a list of all devices linked to your myPOS account is displayed. Here, you can access the following information and configuration options:

Account and Currencies: View the account details and the currencies in which transactions are accepted.
Activity View: View device activity for a chosen period and export it as an Excel or PDF file.
Results Per Page: Select how many results to see per page and filter activity by various time frames (Current month, Previous month, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, or Current year).
Transaction Details: View detailed transaction information.

By clicking on Settings, you can:

  • View the tariff for each device.
  • Disable or reset the device (generating a reset code to enter into the device for reassignment or currency change).
  • Amend the terminal name (visible in transaction details) and the billing descriptor (appearing on the customer's card statement).
  • Enable or disable refunds, void transactions (with an optional password), and Top-up transactions (with an optional password).
  • Customize receipt headers (adding a company logo) and footers (choosing to display the full address or just the city and country).

Ordering and Activating Devices

  • Order Device: Allows users to order or activate a new device.
  • Activate Device: Used to activate a newly purchased myPOS payment terminal.

View and Export Transactions

  • The easiest way to view and export transactions is through the Merchant Account > Accounts menu.
  • All card transactions can be viewed under the Merchant Account > Cards menu, and all POS terminal transactions can be viewed under the POS Devices menu.
