How to make a bank transfers?

To initiate an outbound bank transfer, follow these steps:
 
Using the myPOS Website:
  • Log in to your myPOS account at mypos.com.
  • Navigate to Merchant Account > Payments > New Payment > To bank account.
  • Enter all necessary details for the transfer and click Continue.
Using the myPOS Mobile App:
  • Open the myPOS mobile app and log in.
  • Click on Make payment > Bank.
  • Fill in all the required details for the transfer.
Adding a Beneficiary
  • Before making a transfer, ensure the beneficiary is added to your account:
  • Via Website:
  • Log in and go to Merchant Account > Payments > Beneficiaries > Add beneficiary.
  • Alternatively, while executing the transfer, click on the +New button next to the "To" field.
Via Mobile App:
  • Log in, go to More > Beneficiaries, and click on the + icon.
  • Or, during the transfer, click Add new beneficiary.
  • Transfer Limits and Fees
Review your current transfer limits and associated fees:
  • Website: Go to Fees in the lower-left corner of the screen, then navigate to Fees for myPOS Account > Issuer limits > Money transfers outside the system.
  • Mobile App: Go to More > Legal > Fees > Fees for myPOS Account > Issuer limits.
 
Checking Transfer Status
  • After initiating the transfer, the amount is debited once the transfer is executed. You can check the status of your payment by:
 
Logging in to the myPOS website and navigating to Merchant Account > Payments > Pending payments.
