The Dashboard is the default view upon logging into your myPOS account. It offers a comprehensive overview and easy navigation to track performance and status of recent account activities, including accounts, cards, and devices. The Dashboard menu screen is highly customizable; you can reorder, hide, or minimize individual dashboards as needed.
Key Features and Sections
Activity:
Financial Summary and Graphs: View financial summaries and graphs for selected periods based on account balance performance, incoming transactions, and outgoing transactions.
Recent Activity: Shows the last ten account transactions with details on type, amount, and date. Clicking "View all" redirects to the Accounts menu under Activities for detailed views.
Accounts:
Provides an overview of the total balance in the primary currency and displays the first three accounts with their balances and currencies. Clicking the arrow reveals all accounts, and "View all" redirects to the full Account List.
Add Account: Allows the creation of new currency accounts by selecting a currency and naming it.
Funding: Specify the preferred account for receiving payments from clients, partners, or affiliates.
Cards:
Browse activated cards with details like currency, linked account, name, and expiry date. The Settings button provides quick access to configure each card, and the Transactions button leads to the Card’s Activity menu.
Devices:
View activated devices along with details such as model, currency, last transaction, and linked account. Users can choose a preferred period for viewing data. The Settings button provides quick access to configure each device, and the Transactions button leads to the Device’s Transactions menu.
Notifications and Actions
The Dashboard is also where users will be notified of any required actions, such as providing additional documents or other information.
