I have forgotten my password. What to do?

We would like to kindly advise you if you do not remember your password for the website, to follow the link for forgotten password through mypos.eu >> Login >> Forgotten password.

Please note that if you do not remember your pass-code for the mobile app, when you open it, click on Log in > click on Forgot passcode > Enter your password > Follow the on-screen steps to create a new 6-digit passcode and confirm it.

If you have forgotten both credentials – please follow the below instructions:

  • Open the myPOS mobile app.
  • Click on Log in and you will be asked to enter your passcode.
  • Click on Forgot passcode and you will be asked to enter your password.
  • Click on Forgotten password.
  • Enter your email address and click Reset password.
  • An email will be send to you with a password reset link. Find the email and click the password reset link.
  • You will be asked to verify your country, date of birth and mobile number. Enter the required details and confirm.
  • You will then be asked to create a new password and to confirm it.
  • A 4 digit verification code will be send to your mobile number to complete the operation and set a new passcode.

Please note that if you have trouble following the steps, we are also able to provide you with a temporary password and instructions on how to use it. Please reach us directly in case you need any further assistance.
