We would like to kindly advise you if you do not remember your password for the website, to follow the link for forgotten password through mypos.eu >> Login >> Forgotten password.
Please note that if you do not remember your pass-code for the mobile app, when you open it, click on Log in > click on Forgot passcode > Enter your password > Follow the on-screen steps to create a new 6-digit passcode and confirm it.
If you have forgotten both credentials – please follow the below instructions:
- Open the myPOS mobile app.
- Click on Log in and you will be asked to enter your passcode.
- Click on Forgot passcode and you will be asked to enter your password.
- Click on Forgotten password.
- Enter your email address and click Reset password.
- An email will be send to you with a password reset link. Find the email and click the password reset link.
- You will be asked to verify your country, date of birth and mobile number. Enter the required details and confirm.
- You will then be asked to create a new password and to confirm it.
- A 4 digit verification code will be send to your mobile number to complete the operation and set a new passcode.
