You can update your phone number by following these steps:
From the myPOS website
1. Log in your myPOS account at mypos.com.
2. Mouse over your profile in the bottom-left corner.
3. Select "My Details".
4. Select the "Edit" button (pencil icon) next to your number and follow the on-screen instructions.
From the mobile application:
1. Open and log in your myPOS mobile application.
2. Click on "Profile" (in the upper-left corner).
3. Select "My Details".
4. Select the "Edit" button (pencil icon) next to your number and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you are unable to make these changes yourself, send a request to help@mypos.com, stating your current and new phone numbers, and a myPOS representative will assist you further.
