You can view the limits for MO/TO (Mail Order/Telephone Order) transactions in your myPOS account under the Fees section. These limits apply to MO/TO transactions processed through the MO/TO Virtual Terminal in your myPOS web account and via the myPOS mobile app, taken in total.
If you need to increase your MO/TO limits, you can contact myPOS support by emailing help@mypos.com, and they will assess your request to accommodate your needs.
