Finding your IBAN and account details

Give the IBAN of the myPOS account you want to be paid into — you'll find it next to each account in your overview. If you hold more than one currency, give the IBAN matching the currency you're being paid in, so the sender's bank doesn't convert unnecessarily.

Need to prove the account is yours? Download your IBAN certificate from your account.

Why is my IBAN registered in another country?

Your IBAN reflects the myPOS entity that holds your account, not where your business is registered. EEA accounts are held with myPOS Limited (Ireland); UK, Gibraltar and Swiss accounts are held with myPOS Payments (UK). This is normal and doesn't affect payments within the SEPA area — if a payer's system rejects it, that's usually a domestic-only restriction on their side.

Receiving a transfer

Incoming transfers are free, but the sender's details must match your account exactly. If they don't, the payment might be rejected — a fee can apply, and amounts under 25 EUR won't be returned automatically. Give out your IBAN and account holder name exactly as they appear in your account.
