Using the myPOS website
- Log in to your myPOS account.
- Go to Merchant Account > Payments > New Payment > To bank account.
- Enter the transfer details and click Continue.
Using the myPOS mobile app
- Open the app and log in.
- Send > Bank Transfer.
- Complete the required details.
Adding a beneficiary first
Add the beneficiary to your account before sending or add them on the fly while making the transfer.
- Website: Merchant Account > Payments > Beneficiaries > Add beneficiary — or click + New next to the "To" field while making a transfer.
- Mobile app: More > Recipients > + — or the + icon while making a transfer.
