Extended warranty is available for all devices that myPOS currently sells, except myPOS Carbon Fiscal. However, there are a few conditions to note:
• Eligibility: Extended warranty can be added to newly purchased devices as well as used devices that are not older than 48 months (four years).
• Exclusions: Discontinued devices and myPOS Carbon Fiscal are not eligible for extended warranty. myPOS Carbon Fiscal is still covered by the standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
