1- and 2-year extended warranty plans are available for all devices sold in the myPOS Online Shop, except myPOS Carbon Fiscal. These extended warranty plans offer additional protection beyond the standard 1-year free warranty that comes with each myPOS device. However, it is important to note that discontinued devices and myPOS Carbon Fiscal are excluded from the list of eligible terminals for extended warranties.
This means you can purchase an extended warranty for any eligible new device at the time of purchase, or for already activated eligible devices that are no more than 48 months old.
