To purchase an extended warranty for a new myPOS device, follow these steps:
1. Visit the device page in the myPOS Online shop https://www.mypos.com/en-bg/buy-card-machine
- You can see the prices of the extended warranty plans for the device you'd like purchase.
2. Select Extended Warranty:
- Select your preferred extended warranty option before you add the device to the shopping cart. Once you add your device, complete the checkout to finalise your order.
Please note: Extended warranty is not available for myPOS Carbon Fiscal, so the option is not shown on its product page. myPOS Carbon Fiscal is covered by the standard 1-year warranty.
