How can I update or change the phone number linked to my card?

If you need to update or change the phone number linked to your myPOS card, please follow these steps:
 
Please send an email request to help@mypos.com. In your email, include your current phone number and the new number you wish to use. The support team will process your request and update your phone number accordingly. Have in mind that only the wallet owner can change the mobile number linked to a specific myPOS card.
