Each myPOS Business card is issued with an individual PIN (Personal Identification Number) which is required for making payments and withdrawing cash.
Receiving the PIN
1. Upon Activation: The PIN will be issued when the card is activated. This is the last step of the activation process. Note that there might be a slight delay in receiving the PIN. If you do not receive it within 5 minutes, please contact Customer Support.
2. Request via the app:
- Mobile App: Go to Cards, select the card, and click on the PIN symbol. The PIN will be sent to the phone number linked to the card.
Forgotten or Blocked PIN
- If you forget your PIN and enter it incorrectly three times, the card will be blocked for your protection. Contact Customer Support for assistance in unblocking the card and retrieving your PIN.
