Did you know that you can have your account statements delivered automatically, without needing to manually export them each time?
By enabling the Auto-send feature, you can schedule account statements to be sent to authorized users on a daily or monthly basis in your preferred file format.
How to Set Up Automatic Statement Delivery
- Log in to your Merchant Account at mypos.com.
- Navigate to Merchant Account → Accounts → Statements.
- Click Auto-send in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Enable the feature and configure the following settings:
- Frequency – Choose whether statements should be sent Daily or Monthly.
- Accounts – Select the account(s) for which you would like to receive statements.
- Recipients – Choose the users who should receive the statements.
- File Format – Select your preferred file format.
- Save your changes to activate the automation.
Important
For security reasons, only users with access to your Merchant Account can receive and view automated account statements.
If the email address or user you want to select is not available in the recipient list, you can add them as a new user by going to Profile → Team and assigning them access to the account.
Once configured, your account statements will be generated and delivered automatically according to the schedule you have selected.
