If you need to amend your company's registered address, principal place of business address, or personal address, please follow these steps:
Provide Documentation:
Email the relevant documents proving the address change to help@mypos.com. These documents are necessary to verify and update your information in the system.
Upload Documents:
It is preferable to upload any documents containing sensitive data directly through your myPOS account for security reasons.
Log in to mypos.com, click on the profile icon in the lower left corner, and select "Documents". You can also upload documents via the myPOS mobile app by navigating to More > Documents.
Specify Outlet Address:
If your outlet address (the one visible on transaction receipts) should match your company's billing address after the change, please specify this in your communication. Otherwise, indicate if it should remain as it is.
Accepted File Formats:
The acceptable file formats are: *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.png, *.pdf, *.tiff, *.doc, *.docx, *.bmp, with a maximum file size of 64 MB.
