What information/data is required from my phone for me to use myPOS Glass?

As a registered and licensed institution, myPOS ensures that proper onboarding procedures are followed for new merchants. When signing up for the myPOS Glass app and to ensure it functions correctly, the app will request access to three sets of data from your smartphone:

 
1. Photos, Media & Files: This access is necessary for accurate account identification and verification, particularly if you do not already have an account with myPOS.
2. Make & Manage Phone Calls: This information is required for proper account identification. In some cases, it is necessary to initiate the online identification process, especially if you do not yet have a myPOS account.
3. Device Location: Location data is used to ensure correct payment processing. The myPOS service is licensed and bound within the European Economic Area (EEA), and it is essential to verify that your device and business operations are within this region
