How can I check the status of the Payment Requests generated via the Glass app?

You can easily monitor the status of your Payment Requests through both the myPOS account and the myPOS Glass app. Follow these steps:
 
Standard Payment Requests:
• Menu Navigation: In your myPOS account or the myPOS Glass app, go to the “More - Payment Requests” menu.
• Statuses: Payment requests will show various statuses such as seen, pending, paid, cancelled etc.
 
QR Code Payments:
• Real-Time Visibility: For QR codes generated via the myPOS Glass app, you will see the payment immediately on your phone and in your account.
• Activity Tracking: These payments will be listed under the “Activity” tab and in the Payment Requests menu.
 
All statuses and tracking methods are clear and up-to-date, making it easier for you to manage your payment requests.
