To access your myPOS account on your new smartphone using the mobile app, please follow these steps:
- Download and install the myPOS mobile app on your new smartphone from the App Store or Google Play.
- Log in using your registered email address and password.
Depending on whether you have access to your old smartphone, follow the relevant steps below:
3.1. If you still have your old smartphone:
- A message will appear indicating that a push notification has been sent to your old device.
- Simply approve the notification on your old smartphone to complete the login process.
3.2. If you no longer have access to your old smartphone (e.g. it is not functional, or the app is uninstalled):
- After completing steps 1 and 2, you should receive a verification SMS on your registered mobile number.
- Alternatively, you may be prompted to “Take a Selfie” button
- Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity and complete the setup.
- Secure your new device
- Once verification is complete, you will be asked to set up a passcode and enable biometric authentication (such as fingerprint or Face ID) for added security.
