Why are the service fees needed?

Service fees at myPOS aim to encourage customers to actively use the services provided on the platform. Having a large number of inactive clients increases operational costs for maintaining the platform and hampers the roll-out of new and useful payment solutions and products that can benefit all clients.
 
The fees are introduced to cover expenses related to:
Data and Risk Management: Ensuring the security and integrity of user data.
Systems Support: Maintaining and improving the platform infrastructure.
Innovative and Rich Functionalities: Continuing to provide free innovative features for active users.
 
Unlike traditional banks, myPOS does not use customer funds for business purposes such as granting credit. Instead, myPOS safeguards customer money with reputable banks as required by law, which incurs additional costs. myPOS benefits only when customers actively use the service to make transactions.
