How are payments collected for a merchant financing?

Payments for a myPOS merchant financing are collected automatically as a percentage of your card sales processed through myPOS.

When you accept a financing offer, the payment percentage is defined in your financing agreement. Each time you process a payment through myPOS, a portion of that sale is automatically used to pay down your financing.

For example, if your payment percentage is 10% and you process a €100 card payment, €10 will go toward your financing payment.

This payment structure means that your payments adjust to your business activity:

  • When your sales are higher, you pay more.
  • When your sales are lower, you pay less.

Your financing offer will always clearly show:

  • The financing amount
  • The fixed, one-time fee
  • The total payment amount

Payments continue automatically until the total payment amount defined in your financing agreement has been fully paid.
