The myPOS Business Card can be declined for one of the following reasons:
- the specific transaction attempted with the card has been blocked - For example: the card has been blocked for cash withdrawals by the account holder and the cardholder is attempting to withdraw cash at ATM or POS
- the card limit has been reached and/or the attempted transaction will exceed the limit of the card - Example: the account holder has allowed 1 online payment per week for the card and the card holder is attempting to make a second online payment in the same week
- the card has been blocked
If the card is declined, check the card settings in the myPOS account for one of the above potential reasons. If none of them are applicable, please contact Customer Support.
