The Profile section can be accessed by clicking on the Profile tab in the lower left corner, which opens a drop-down menu with several sub-menus. Here is an overview of the options available and how to manage them:
My Details:
This section provides an overview of your personal information, access rights, and login history.
You can specify your preferred authentication method from here.
Company Information:
You can view and amend the following details:
- Company Phone Number
- Company Email
- Doing Business As (DBA): This can be changed.
- Shipping Address: This can also be changed.
Documents:
This tab allows you to upload all required documents related to account verification. You can also upload additional documents as needed.
Team:
Manage all users linked to the account. This includes adding new users, assigning rights, and managing existing user statuses.
User Management:
- View users in different categories: Active, Deleted, Blocked, or All Users.
- Block or remove user access as needed. Blocking is temporary, while removal is permanent.
- Add a new user by entering their email address, personal information, and determining their access rights. A push notification will be sent to complete the process.
Notifications:
Provides a list of all notifications related to your account.
Subscriptions:
Allows you to subscribe to the latest product updates and promotions.
