I have forgotten my password. What to do?

If you have forgotten your myPOS password, you can reset it by following these steps:

For the Web Account:
Go to the myPOS login page.
Click on the "Forgotten password" link.
Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

For the Mobile App:
Open the myPOS mobile app.
Tap on "Switch account" and then "Log in".
Enter your email address and tap "Next".
Click on "Forgotten password" and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Once the password is reset, you will be able to create a new passcode for the app (4-6 digits of your choice).

If You Have Forgotten Both Password and Passcode:
Open the myPOS mobile app.
Tap on "Switch account" and then "Log in".
Enter your email address and tap "Next".
Click on "Forgotten password" to reset your password.
After resetting the password, you will be able to create a new password for the website (at least 8 characters) and a new passcode for the app (4-6 digits).
