When a merchant accepts a payment on the terminal with a Ticket Resto card, the fee is debited instantly, while the amount received by the customer is not immediately credited.
You can suggest review the contract signed with CONECS for more information.
Bear in mind that there is a separate section on the myPOS mobile application called ‘Bons alimentaires’ in the menu POS devices - you can check all the payments accepted with the Ticket Resto Card, but if they are not yet visible in the account as credited, you can review the contract with CONCES as mentioned above.
