In order to guarantee the security of any personal data visible on the documents, please upload them via your myPOS Account:
- Log in from the website https://merchant.mypos.com/en/login >> Profile section>> Documents>> Upload.
- Another option for uploading them is via our mobile app: Tap the profile icon in the upper-left corner menu>>Documents.
The acceptable file formats are *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.png, *.pdf, *.tiff, *.doc, *.docx, *.bmp, Maximum file size: 64 MB.
