If you need to update or change the phone number linked to your myPOS card, please follow these steps:
- Please send an email request to help@mypos.com.
- In your email, include your current phone number and the new number you wish to use.
- The support team will process your request and update your phone number accordingly.
Have in mind that only the wallet owner can change the mobile number linked to a specific myPOS card.
