What to Do If You Have Forgotten Your Passcode for the Mobile App
If you do not remember your passcode for the myPOS mobile app, please follow these steps:
  • Open the myPOS mobile app.
  • Click on Switch account.
  • Click on Log in.
  • Enter your email address and click Next.
  • Enter your password (the same password used for the myPOS website) and follow the steps provided.
  • At the end of this process, you will be able to create a new passcode for the app (a 4-6 digit number of your choice).
If you have forgotten both your password and the passcode, follow these steps:
  • Open the myPOS mobile app.
  • Click on Switch account.
  • Click on Log in.
  • Enter your email address and click Next.
  • Click on Forgotten password.
  • Following this, you will be able to create a new password for the website (at least 8 characters) and a new passcode for the app (4-6 digits).
