myPOS was founded on the belief that businesses of all sizes should have access to innovative and affordable payment solutions. Our mission is to empower every enterprise with the tools needed to overcome payment challenges and grow. Combining the latest payment technologies with expertise and imagination, we create a world of payments built on innovation, freedom, flexibility, and growth opportunities for all businesses.
 
Our Story
The inspiration to help small businesses grow led to the founding of myPOS in 2012. With a vision to offer EU merchants more freedom, we launched the myPOS platform at the Mobile World Congress in 2014, introducing the first solution to provide instant payouts to merchants' accounts. This innovation allowed businesses to access their funds immediately, bypassing the lengthy waiting periods imposed by traditional financial institutions.
Since then, myPOS has expanded rapidly across Europe, serving over 200,000 merchants in more than 30 countries. We opened flagship stores in key cities, starting with London in 2017, and now have over 15 locations. Our journey continues as we support businesses with cutting-edge financial solutions, helping them accept card payments seamlessly across various channels.

myPOS offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the needs of businesses:
• Online Merchant E-money Account: With dedicated multicurrency IBANs, merchants can accept and make payments in multiple currencies. The myPOS account supports instant payment settlements, ensuring funds are available in real-time.
• POS Terminals: Our diverse range of portable card machines accepts all card types and digital wallets like Google Pay and Apple Pay.
• E-commerce Tools: Easy-to-integrate solutions such as online checkout, payment links, and a virtual terminal facilitate online and remote payments.
• Business Cards: Our business Mastercard is issued free of charge, offering convenient access to funds.
 
Language and Support
myPOS operates in all EEA countries, the UK, and Switzerland. Our platform is available in 19 languages, and we provide customer support in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Greek, German, Hungarian, and Bulgarian.
