Logging In
Open the myPOS app and log in using your email address and the 4-digit passcode that you selected when the app was first installed.
Home Screen
The Home screen displays quick access buttons:
- Make Transfer: Allows bank transfers or sending money to another myPOS user. You can select which account the money is sent from.
- Send Payment Request: Allows you to send a payment request to an email address or a mobile number.
- By pressing the "+" button, you can add more quick access buttons, including:
- Balance Transfer: Allows instant and free transfers between your own accounts. Currency conversion is applied if the IBANs are in different currencies, with exchange rates updated daily.
- Top-up: Enables recharging or buying airtime for various prepaid mobile services worldwide. myPOS connects to over 779 mobile operators in more than 141 countries.
- MO/TO Virtual Terminal: If enabled, allows the collection of MO/TO payments and generates digital receipts. If not enabled, you can request activation.
Below these buttons, a list of consolidated account transactions for all e-money accounts in different currencies is displayed. You can search for specific transactions, view details, and resend digital receipts or process refunds.
Menu Options
- Sales: View all sales performed using the Cash Register or myPOS Online functionality.
- Devices: View all devices linked to your myPOS account, including transaction and pre-authorization details, activity reports, and settings for each device.
- Cards: View all cards linked to your myPOS account. Includes details of transactions, activity reports, and settings for activating/deactivating cards and managing transaction limits and notifications.

- Orders: View and filter all orders received through your website.
- Products: View all added products, categories, and discounts.
- Customers: View details of added customers and their transaction history.
- Invoice: Manage issued invoices, change subscription plans, or create new invoices.
- Domain Names: Purchase domains for your myPOS Online shop.
- Top-up: Make and view top-up transactions.
Stores:
- myPOS Online: Manage all created myPOS Online shops, view sales and orders, and configure shop settings.
- Checkouts: View and manage transactions accepted on your integrated website.
Merchant Account:
- Accounts: Dashboard visualization of the current balance of each linked account, with settings and funding information.
- Beneficiaries: View, add, edit, activate, or deactivate beneficiaries.
Take Payment:
- Payment Tag: Dashboard for all accepted payments, transaction details, and options to send new payment tags or initiate refunds.
- Payment Request: Dashboard for all payment requests, with options to create new requests, view details, and send reminders.
- Virtual Terminal: Dashboard for all MO/TO transactions, with options to create new transactions, view details, and process refunds.
Campaigns:
- Refer a Business: Share referral links to invite businesses to myPOS and earn bonuses.
General:
- Settings: Change passcode, enable fingerprint authentication, and customize balance visualization and quick access operations.
- Authentication: Steps for offline authentication.
- Documents: View and upload documents.
- Legal: Access legal agreements and policies.
- Notifications: Manage notification settings.
- Alerts: Manage alert settings for push, email, and SMS notifications.
- Profile: Manage company and personal details, and block or activate the account.
- Rate Us: Rate the app in the app store.
