MO/TO Virtual Terminal is available only for selected business activities where taking payments remotely by phone or email is commonly required. Applications are reviewed individually, and eligibility depends on the merchant’s business activity and Merchant Category Code, also known as MCC.
Businesses operating under the following MCCs may be eligible to apply for MO/TO:

Please note that having one of the listed business activities does not guarantee approval. Each application is subject to review, and myPOS may request additional information before making a decision.
If your business is approved, you will be able to accept MO/TO payments through your myPOS account, either via the web account or the myPOS mobile app.
For businesses that are not eligible for MO/TO, myPOS offers alternative remote payment options such as Payment Request, Payment Tag, and PayLink.
