Our myPOS devices offer a range of reports to help you manage your transactions effectively. Here’s an overview of the different types of reports available:

1. Total Payments and Reconciliation Reports:
These reports provide a comprehensive overview of all payments processed through your device. The transactions are grouped into categories such as Payments, Pre-Authorizations, Refunds, Void, and Total. The reconciliation report begins accumulating data from the first transaction after the device memory is cleared, ensuring you always have up-to-date information.

2. Top-up Reports:
Keep track of all the top-ups processed through your device with the top-up report. This report logs each top-up transaction, and similar to other reports, the memory can be cleared as needed.

3. Giftcards Reports:
Monitor all Giftcard sales with the Giftcards report. This feature provides detailed insights into every Giftcard transaction made via your device.

4. Dashboard Reports:
Our enhanced dashboard provides a more detailed financial summary, including:

  • Account Balance Performance: View a consolidated summary in the primary currency of your account.
  • Incoming Transactions Summary: Detailed information on all incoming transactions categorized by type.
  • Outgoing Transactions Summary: Detailed information on all outgoing transactions categorized by type.
  • By selecting your preferred period, you can generate comprehensive reports to better understand your business's financial activities.
