How to Sign Your myPOS Device Rental Addendum

Simply follow a few quick steps to review and sign your rental agreement directly through your myPOS account.

  1. A myPOS sales representative will generate an Addendum for one or more devices.
  2. You will receive an email prompting you to view and sign the Addendum via your myPOS account.
  3. You can review and sign the Addendum directly from your myPOS account through: 
  • The myPOS web account (via browser)
  • The myPOS mobile app

Via the myPOS Website:

- Log in to your myPOS account.

- From the main menu on the left, select “POS Devices.”

- Under the “Devices” section, click on “Rental Plan” to view and sign your agreement.

Via the myPOS Mobile App:

- Open the myPOS mobile app and log in.

- Tap “Devices” in the bottom navigation menu.

- If you have a rented POS device, you’ll see the rental plan details and can proceed to sign the agreement.

Note:  You will have 3 documents in your account along with the Rental plan conditions awaiting review and signature.

  4. After the Addendum is signed and the account is verified the device/s will be shipped to you.
