Q: Can I still process sales until it retires?
A: The Cash Register app has been discontinued for new merchants (removed from the AppMarket and unavailable on new devices), but existing merchants who already have it installed can continue using it until full support ends.

Q: Will my past sales history remain accessible?
A: It will be accessible until the 31st of December.

Q: Can I export my transaction data before the shutdown? How about after?
A: You can export your transaction data until 31st of December after that it won’t be available.

Q: Is there another way to manage sales and receipts with myPOS?
A: Sale of products and services, managed via the myPOS platform, is currently offered only with the Cash register app and Online shops.

Q: Do I need to do anything, or will my access cease automatically?
A: The app should stop working automatically.
