Return Policy | Replacement of Defective myPOS Packaging
The customer (merchant) may return the entire myPOS packaging, including the myPOS device and myPOS card, within 60 days of the original order date. The return must comply with the conditions specified in the Return Policy. To expedite the process, the customer is advised to use courier services rather than local postal services.

• Do not open or attempt to repair the myPOS device: Customers should not open or attempt to repair the myPOS device. This will be considered customer-initiated damage and will void the return policy.
• Purchases through distributors: If the device was purchased through a myPOS distributor or agent, please contact them for their specific return policy.

If you wish to return a myPOS product, you must first contact us by email at by email at returns@mypos.com. When returning a product to us, you must always complete the returns form provided here and send it to us together with the returned product. Without the returns form, your return request will not be processed.

Disposal
Do not dispose of myPOS devices, including batteries, cables or other components, with general household waste. If the device is not working, send it for repair in accordance with the myPOS return policy, which can be found at: https://www.mypos.com/legal/return_policy

Stolen device
From the date of its activation, the myPOS card reader is permanently linked to the merchant’s myPOS e-money account. All transactions made, even if the device is stolen or lost, will be credited to the same merchant account.

If you lose your device or it is stolen:
1. Switch off the device immediately.
2. Inform myPOS Customer Service.

To disable the device:
1. Log in to your myPOS account.
2. Go to the “Card Readers” menu tab.
3. Select the device from the list.
4. Click on “Settings” and disable the device.
