In the terminology of the Interchange Fee Regulation (IFR) an Unblended tariff is one where transaction prices are stated separately for at least each card scheme (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and each of three card categories (Consumer Prepaid & Debit, Consumer Credit, Commercial).
