I have forgotten my passcode for the mobile app. What to do?

Please note that if you do not remember your pass-code for the mobile app, when you open it, click on Switch account >> Log in >> enter your e-mail >> Next >> Enter your password (used for the website) and follow the steps.
At the end, you will be able to create a pass-code for the app only (4-6 numbers of your choice).

If you have forgotten both credentials – your password and the passcode please open the app, click on Switch account >> Log in >> enter your e-mail >> Next >> Forgotten password (in this case, at the end, you will be able to create a password for the website (8+ digits) + a pass-code for the app only (4-6 numbers of your choice)).
