What are the general requirements for websites which would like to integrate the myPOS online payment solutions?

Please keep in mind that in order to be eligible to use our online payment services, you must comply with the following requirements:

  • The merchant name and address should be clearly visible on the website.
  • E-mail address to contact the merchant and/or Customer Service phone number (preferably a toll-free number) should be visible on the website

You must provide a clear indication of the following:

  • Delivery methods and timing
  • Refund and return policies
  • Cancellation policy
  • Privacy statements (permissible uses of consumer information)
  • Products and services offered should be clearly indicated while avoiding any misleading content
  • The total costs, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes should be clear to the cardholder
  • The transaction currency should be clearly indicated
  • The length of the trial period, if offered, including clear disclosure that the cardholder will be charged unless the cardholder expressly rejects the charge
