I haven’t received my Mastercard card. What to do?

If your newly reissued Mastercard card has not been received, we could advise you to check into the nearest Post office or in your mailbox.

If you don’t manage to find the card, please contact us by providing us with the correct delivery address so we can send you a new one. The alternative is to order a card directly from your online banking -> Menu Cards -> Order card.
